Yoga 101

Yoga 101 is a 4-week program designed for those who are new to yoga, but students who want to brush up on the basics are also welcome to join. 


We will focus on the fundamentals of yoga practice including sun salutations, breathing techniques, and standing and seated poses with a focus on building a safe, enjoyable practice that is just right for you. 


This program requires pre-registration.
We are offering this session again in the Spring and welcome your feedback on dates and times that would work best for you. Send us a message if you would like to sign up.

Core & Restore

Core and restore is a 4-week program that combines the strength of the core with a restorative practice to relax both the mind and the body. Good for yogis of all experience levels, including beginners. 


This program requires pre-registration. Beginning June 2019
