Yoga 101 is a 4-week program designed for those who are new to yoga, but students who want to brush up on the basics are also welcome to join.
We will focus on the fundamentals of yoga practice including sun salutations, breathing techniques, and standing and seated poses with a focus on building a safe, enjoyable practice that is just right for you.

Core and restore is a 4-week program that combines the strength of the core with a restorative practice to relax both the mind and the body. Good for yogis of all experience levels, including beginners.

This 6-week series will help you prepare for golf season with stretches and strengthening poses designed to improve your flexibility and help prevent injuries. Learn to use your breath and your body/mind connection to develop focus, concentration, and patience.
